Cancellation Policy
All private sessions and group sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our website or by contacting info@ctsuperiors.com. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours' notice prior to the session time. To reschedule, email info@ctsuperiors.com or call 860-845-0377. Sessions must be rescheduled within 14 days of the original date or will be forfeited. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with 24 hours' notice are eligible for a credit toward a future session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session with no refund. Cancellations due to weather or emergencies on the coach's end will be rescheduled at no cost.
