Superior O/D Lineman
Training

 

 

The goal of a lineman is to move another person against his will. 

Training lineman includes but is not limited to: 

  • ACL Prehab / hip and ankle mobility and stability 

  • Shoulder mobility and stability emphasis in prevention of shoulder injuries 

  • Strength training for a great foundation yet not compromising range of motion 

  • Speed training based on the needs of a lineman which is 5-15 yards of quick explosive sprints 

  • Specific movement and agility focusing on a great low center of gravity 

  • Core stability as it relates to a standing athlete who engages another person every play 

  • Toughness
