Coach Massimo Paone brings decades of rich experience in American football, spanning from his time as a quarterback in Italy to his current role as a youth coach in Connecticut.

In 2022, driven by a vision to create a comprehensive offseason training program, Paul Harris founded the Connecticut Superiors. This initiative was born out of his observation that traditional training programs lacked a critical component – the translation of skills from training to actual game performance. He recognized that without real live reps, athletes were not fully developing their skills on the field.

Coach Peter Flora has a career deeply rooted in football, Coach Flora brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as our QB coach.

Cherie Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of experience in banking and youth leadership to her role as Director Of Resources. A dynamic organizer and trusted community leader, Cherie has successfully managed 7v7 football operations in New York for the past 3 years. Her background in financial services, team development, and fundraising makes her a critical asset to the program. In addition to her professional achievements, Cherie is passionate about mentoring young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field.

Coach Kev, entering his second season with CT Superiors, boasts 12 years of coaching experience across Fairfield and New Haven Counties. His passion for football traces back to his youth.
