Connecticut Superiors runs year-round 7v7, 5v5 lineman, and Elite Training programs designed to give athletes meaningful, competitive reps that push their growth on and off the field.
As a volunteer, you help us:

Create a safe, positive environment for kids to compete and develop.

Support coaches so athletes can focus on learning, competing, and having fun.

Keep travel, logistics, and communication running smoothly for families.

Expand access to elite opportunities for athletes who might otherwise miss out.
Every rep matters. Your time and energy directly impact the kids wearing the Superiors shield.
Coaching
Support our coaching staff and help create a competitive, teaching-focused environment.

Assist with warm-ups, position drills, and practice organization.

Help manage small groups and keep athletes engaged and safe.

Encourage confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship in every rep.

Follow all program standards, safety guidelines, and playbook structure.
Team Parent
The Team Mom / Team Parent is the communication and organization hub for each squad.

Coordinate team messages, reminders, and updates.
-
Help with player check-in, age/ID verification, and paperwork.

Assist with snacks, hydration, and sideline organization on game days.

Share hotel and travel details with families for tournaments.
Fundraiser & Events Support
Help us remove financial barriers so more athletes can travel, train, and compete.

Assist with raffles, sponsorship outreach, and donation campaigns.

Help run check-in tables, merch tables, and event registration.

Promote events and campaigns through your network and social media.

Represent Connecticut Superiors professionally in all communications.
Game Day Operations
Be part of the engine that keeps tournament and league days running on time.

Assist with field setup and breakdown (cones, chains, tents, tables).

Help with check-in, rosters, and directing teams to correct fields.

Support with chains, scorekeeping, and sideline organization.

Provide a welcoming, professional presence to visiting teams and families.
